- Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems: Check the air compressor pressure (0.6-0.8MPa), and use soapy water to detect no air leakage in air pipes, valves, and cylinders; for hydraulic clamping systems, verify normal oil level and temperature, and no leakage in hydraulic pipelines.
- Cooling System: Ensure sufficient liquid level in the cooling water tank and normal operation of the water pump, with no blockage in cooling pipelines; set the cooling water temperature (15-25℃ for PET containers) and verify that the flow rate meets requirements.
2. Material Preparation
- PET Preforms: Moisture content ≤0.02% (dried at 140-160℃ for 4-6 hours to prevent hydrolysis); free of scratches, deformation, uneven wall thickness, and other defects, with intact neck threads; the hopper loading capacity shall not exceed 80% to avoid jamming in the feeding system.
- Auxiliary Materials: Prepare high-pressure air filtered to remove oil and water, and confirm the normal operation of the air dryer.
3. Mold Installation & Calibration
Evenly fasten the mold bolts according to the manufacturer's torque standards to ensure precise positioning of the mold and the clamping mechanism; connect the mold's cooling water pipes and confirm no leakage; adjust the clamping force (50-500kN, adjusted according to mold size) to ensure tight mold closure and uniform gap, preventing flash on finished products.
II. Startup & Parameter Setting (Step-by-Step Calibration)
1. Power-On & System Initialization
Turn on the main power supply, control panel, and auxiliary systems (air compressor, cooling water pump, heater) in sequence, and wait for system initialization (1-2 minutes). 2. Heating Tunnel Preheating
