PET 注塑模具除露機為工業(yè)級連續(xù)運行設備,常態(tài)化的日常維護是保證設備穩(wěn)定運行和除露效果的關鍵,維護分為每日、每周、每月、每季度四個頻次,操作簡單。
PET injection mould dehumidifier is an industrial continuous operation equipment, and regular daily maintenance is the key to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the dehumidification effect. The maintenance is divided into four frequencies: daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly, with simple operation.
每日需巡檢設備運行參數(shù),確認露點、溫度、風壓穩(wěn)定,清理進風口過濾器和堵塞的噴嘴,檢查風管與噴嘴是否漏氣;每周需檢查風機、電機的運行狀態(tài),清理設備表面粉塵油污。
It is necessary to inspect the equipment operation parameters daily to confirm that the dew point, temperature and air pressure are stable, clean the air inlet filter and blocked nozzles, and check whether the air duct and nozzles are leaking; inspect the operation status of fans and motors weekly, and clean the dust and oil on the equipment surface.
每月需校準各類傳感器,保證檢測精度,檢查吹掃單元安裝支架是否松動,校正噴嘴吹掃方向;每季度需檢查分子篩吸附效果,活化失效分子篩,更換中效過濾器等易損件。
Calibrate various sensors monthly to ensure detection accuracy, check whether the mounting bracket of the purge unit is loose, and correct the purge direction of the nozzle; check the adsorption effect of the molecular sieve quarterly, activate the invalid molecular sieve, and replace wearing parts such as medium efficiency filters.
設備易損件有明確的更換周期:初效過濾器 3 個月更換一次,中效過濾器 6 個月更換一次,分子篩吸附劑 1~2 年更換一次,密封墊、噴嘴等易損件按需檢查更換。
The wearing parts of the equipment have a clear replacement cycle: the primary efficiency filter is replaced every 3 months, the medium efficiency filter every 6 months, the molecular sieve adsorbent every 1~2 years, and wearing parts such as gaskets and nozzles are inspected and replaced as needed.
設備所有故障均會在觸摸屏顯示故障代碼和描述,可快速排查處理:露點偏高多為分子篩再生不充分或過濾器堵塞,風壓過低多為風機濾網(wǎng)堵塞或風管漏氣。
All equipment faults will display fault codes and descriptions on the touch screen, which can be quickly investigated and handled: high dew point is mostly due to insufficient molecular sieve regeneration or filter blockage, and low air pressure is mostly due to fan filter blockage or air duct leakage.
除露機與注塑機聯(lián)動失效,多為接近開關故障或信號連接線松動;送風溫度偏差大,多為溫度傳感器故障或加熱 / 制冷組件異常,現(xiàn)場可快速更換故障部件,恢復設備運行。
The interconnection failure between the dehumidifier and the injection moulding machine is mostly due to proximity switch failure or loose signal connection line; the large deviation of supply air temperature is mostly due to temperature sensor failure or abnormal heating/refrigeration components, and the faulty parts can be quickly replaced on site to restore equipment operation.
