The drying system for high-speed preform injection moulding is an integrated polyester drying system integrating PET chip pre-crystallization, deep dehumidification drying, airtight constant temperature conveying, hot air regeneration cycle and intelligent process interconnection, customized exclusively for the process requirements of high-speed preform injection moulding.
系統(tǒng)的核心目標(biāo)是在連續(xù)供料的前提下,將 PET 切片含水率穩(wěn)定降至≤20ppm,結(jié)晶度精準(zhǔn)控制在 25%~35%,且切片無二次吸濕、無降解、干燥均勻,為高速注塑提供合格原料。
The core goal of the system is to stably reduce the moisture content of PET chips to ≤20ppm under the premise of continuous feeding, accurately control the crystallinity at 25%~35%, and ensure that the chips have no secondary moisture absorption, no degradation and uniform drying, so as to provide qualified raw materials for high-speed injection moulding.

1. 三機(jī)一體集成式
三機(jī)一體集成式將預(yù)結(jié)晶器、除濕干燥機(jī)、密閉上料機(jī)集成于一體,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,占地僅為分體式的 1/3,適配車間空間狹小的高腔數(shù)生產(chǎn)線。
The three-in-one integrated type integrates the pre-crystallizer, dehumidification dryer and airtight feeder into one body, with a compact structure and only 1/3 of the footprint of the split type, adapted to high-cavity production lines with narrow workshop space.
系統(tǒng)采用 PLC 集中控制,預(yù)結(jié)晶、干燥、輸送參數(shù)聯(lián)動(dòng)調(diào)控,露點(diǎn)穩(wěn)定在 - 40℃~-70℃,適配 48~288 腔瓶胚生產(chǎn)線,產(chǎn)能覆蓋 0.5~8t/h,是目前瓶胚高速注塑的主流選擇。
The system adopts PLC centralized control, with linked regulation of pre-crystallization, drying and conveying parameters, and the dew point is stable at -40℃~-70℃, adapted to 48~288 cavity preform production lines with a capacity coverage of 0.5~8t/h, which is the current mainstream choice for high-speed preform injection moulding.

2. 分體式組合系統(tǒng)
分體式組合系統(tǒng)由獨(dú)立的臥式 / 塔式預(yù)結(jié)晶器、雙塔 / 轉(zhuǎn)輪除濕干燥塔、真空輸送機(jī)組合而成,可根據(jù)產(chǎn)能靈活搭配,適配 32~96 腔中小產(chǎn)能瓶胚生產(chǎn)線。
The split combined system is composed of independent horizontal/tower pre-crystallizer, double-tower/rotary dehumidification drying tower and vacuum conveyor, which can be flexibly matched according to capacity and adapted to small and medium capacity preform production lines with 32~96 cavities.
該系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)是單設(shè)備維護(hù)方便、后期可擴(kuò)容升級(jí),缺點(diǎn)是占地大、各設(shè)備參數(shù)需手動(dòng)聯(lián)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié),控溫精準(zhǔn)度略低于集成式,適合瓶胚量產(chǎn)初期的中小生產(chǎn)線。
The advantage of this system is that the single equipment is easy to maintain and can be expanded and upgraded in the later stage, while the disadvantages are large footprint, manual linked adjustment of each equipment parameter, and slightly lower temperature control accuracy than the integrated type, which is suitable for small and medium production lines in the early stage of mass preform production.
3. 真空強(qiáng)化式干燥系統(tǒng)
真空強(qiáng)化式干燥系統(tǒng)在常規(guī)除濕干燥基礎(chǔ)上增加真空腔室,采用負(fù)壓環(huán)境進(jìn)行干燥,可將干燥時(shí)間縮短 30%~50%,切片含水率可降至≤10ppm,適配醫(yī)藥、食品級(jí)**瓶胚生產(chǎn)線。
The vacuum enhanced drying system adds a vacuum chamber on the basis of conventional dehumidification drying, and adopts a negative pressure environment for drying, which can shorten the drying time by 30%~50% and reduce the chip moisture content to ≤10ppm, adapted to high-end pharmaceutical and food-grade preform production lines.
系統(tǒng)的核心優(yōu)勢(shì)是干燥效率高、切片熱降解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)極低,缺點(diǎn)是設(shè)備造價(jià)高、維護(hù)要求嚴(yán)格,僅用于對(duì)瓶胚潔凈度、力學(xué)性能要求極高的**應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。
