According to integration, capacity and product grade, PET preform special dryers are divided into three mainstream types. Among them, the three-in-one integrated type has become the market mainstream for high-speed preform injection lines with 96 cavities and above due to its small footprint, integrated control and strong interconnection, with an application share of more than 80%.

All three types of equipment are designed around the preform injection moulding process with the same core drying principle, and only differ in structural form, drying efficiency and quality precision, which can accurately match the preform production needs of different capacities and different grades.
1. 三機(jī)一體集成式（主流款）
三機(jī)一體集成式將預(yù)結(jié)晶器、除濕干燥機(jī)、密閉上料機(jī)集成于一體，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地僅 1~3㎡，是瓶胚注塑線的優(yōu)選機(jī)型。
The three-in-one integrated type integrates the pre-crystallizer, dehumidification dryer and airtight feeder into one body, with a compact structure and an area of only 1~3㎡, which is the preferred model for preform injection lines.
It can stably reduce the dew point to -40℃~-70℃, control the moisture content of chips to ≤20ppm, and the capacity covers 0.5~8t/h, suitable for 48~320 cavity preform injection lines.
可將露點(diǎn)穩(wěn)定降至 - 40℃~-70℃，切片含水率控制在≤20ppm，產(chǎn)能覆蓋 0.5~8t/h，適配 48~320 腔瓶胚注塑線，支持與注塑機(jī)聯(lián)動(dòng)供料，參數(shù)一鍵切換。
It can stably reduce the dew point to -40℃~-70℃, control the moisture content of chips to ≤20ppm, and the capacity covers 0.5~8t/h, suitable for 48~320 cavity preform injection lines, supporting linked feeding with injection moulding machines and one-key parameter switching.

2. 分體式組合系統(tǒng)（經(jīng)濟(jì)款）
分體式組合系統(tǒng)由獨(dú)立的預(yù)結(jié)晶器、除濕干燥塔、真空輸送機(jī)組合而成，可根據(jù)產(chǎn)能靈活搭配，性價(jià)比高。
The split combined system is composed of independent pre-crystallizer, dehumidification drying tower and vacuum conveyor, which can be flexibly matched according to capacity with high cost performance.
露點(diǎn)穩(wěn)定在 - 40℃~-50℃，切片含水率≤25ppm，產(chǎn)能覆蓋 0.3~3t/h，適配 32~96 腔中小產(chǎn)能瓶胚注塑線，適合瓶胚量產(chǎn)初期的生產(chǎn)線。
The dew point is stable at -40℃~-50℃, the chip moisture content is ≤25ppm, the capacity covers 0.3~3t/h, adapted to 32~96 cavity small and medium capacity preform injection lines, suitable for production lines in the early stage of mass preform production.
核心優(yōu)勢(shì)：?jiǎn)卧O(shè)備維護(hù)方便、后期可擴(kuò)容升級(jí)，缺點(diǎn)是占地稍大、參數(shù)需手動(dòng)聯(lián)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)。
Core advantages: easy maintenance of single equipment, expandable and upgradeable in the later stage; disadvantages: slightly large footprint, manual linked parameter adjustment required.
3. 真空強(qiáng)化式（**款）
真空強(qiáng)化式在常規(guī)除濕干燥基礎(chǔ)上增加真空腔室，采用負(fù)壓環(huán)境干燥，是醫(yī)藥 / 食品級(jí)瓶胚的專(zhuān)用機(jī)型。
The vacuum enhanced type adds a vacuum chamber on the basis of conventional dehumidification drying and adopts negative pressure environment for drying, which is a special model for pharmaceutical/food-grade preforms.
可將切片含水率降至≤10ppm，露點(diǎn)≤-60℃，干燥時(shí)間縮短 30%~50%，切片熱降解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)極低，滿足**瓶胚的高潔凈度、高力學(xué)性能要求。
It can reduce the chip moisture content to ≤10ppm, the dew point to ≤-60℃, shorten the drying time by 30%~50%, and the risk of chip thermal degradation is extremely low, meeting the high cleanliness and high mechanical performance requirements of high-end preforms.
核心優(yōu)勢(shì)：干燥精度高、品質(zhì)優(yōu)，缺點(diǎn)是設(shè)備造價(jià)高、維護(hù)要求嚴(yán)格，僅適用于**瓶胚生產(chǎn)線。
Core advantages: high drying precision and excellent quality; disadvantages: high equipment cost and strict maintenance requirements, only applicable to high-end preform production lines.
