一、設備應用的核心必要性
PET 瓶胚注塑模具為保證成型精度和冷卻效率，型腔溫度需控制在 10~25℃，遠低于車間常規(guī)環(huán)境溫度 25~35℃，溫濕度差導致環(huán)境濕空氣在冷模面冷凝形成凝露。
To ensure forming accuracy and cooling efficiency, the cavity temperature of PET preform injection mould needs to be controlled at 10~25℃, which is much lower than the conventional workshop ambient temperature of 25~35℃. The temperature and humidity difference causes the ambient humid air to condense on the cold mould surface to form condensation.
模具凝露會導致瓶胚出現發(fā)白、霧斑、缺料等外觀缺陷，還會造成 PET 料流水解，降低瓶胚力學性能，后續(xù)吹瓶易破裂，同時凝露會引發(fā)瓶胚脫模困難、模具銹蝕磨損，大幅降低生產效率并增加模具損耗。
Mould condensation will cause appearance defects such as whitening, foggy spots and material shortage of preforms, and also cause hydrolysis of PET melt, reducing the mechanical properties of preforms and leading to easy cracking in subsequent bottle blowing. At the same time, condensation will cause difficulty in preform demoulding and mould corrosion and wear, which greatly reduces production efficiency and increases mould loss.
傳統(tǒng)人工擦拭、普通壓縮空氣吹掃等除露方式，存在除露不徹底、二次凝露、影響生產節(jié)拍等問題，無法適配 PET 高速注塑的連續(xù)化、高精密生產要求。
Traditional dehumidification methods such as manual wiping and ordinary compressed air purging have problems such as incomplete dehumidification, secondary condensation and affecting production cycle, which cannot meet the continuous and high-precision production requirements of PET high-speed injection moulding.
