PET injection mould dehumidifier is a special injection auxiliary equipment that processes ambient air into dry air flow with low dew point and precise temperature control, and transports the air flow to the high-incidence areas of mould condensation through customized purge components to realize condensation removal and isolation.
該設(shè)備可與注塑機(jī)實現(xiàn)開模 / 合模聯(lián)動吹掃，吹掃節(jié)拍與注塑周期精準(zhǔn)匹配，不影響生產(chǎn)線的連續(xù)運(yùn)行，同時能有效保護(hù)模具，延長模具使用壽命。
This equipment can realize mould opening/closing interconnection purge with the injection moulding machine, the purge cycle is precisely matched with the injection cycle without affecting the continuous operation of the production line, and at the same time it can effectively protect the mould and extend the service life of the mould.

三、設(shè)備核心結(jié)構(gòu)與部件功能
PET 注塑模具除露機(jī)整體由主機(jī)單元、送風(fēng)單元、吹掃單元、控制單元和輔助單元五大模塊組成，各模塊協(xié)同工作，形成完整的除露工藝流。
The PET injection mould dehumidifier is composed of five major modules: host unit, air supply unit, purge unit, control unit and auxiliary unit, which work together to form a complete dehumidification process flow.

The molecular sieve dehumidification module adopts a double-tower alternating structure, uses 3A/4A molecular sieve as the adsorbent, can stably reduce the air dew point to -40℃~-50℃, and can realize uninterrupted switching between adsorption and regeneration to ensure the continuous supply of dry air flow.

The air supply unit is the core of air flow transportation, composed of a high-voltage frequency conversion fan, stainless steel air duct, pressure regulating valve and flow sensor, and is responsible for transporting the dry air flow to the purge unit with stable pressure and air volume.

The purge unit is the core of precise effect of the equipment, a customized design module, including air flow diverter, customized nozzle, air curtain strip and mounting bracket, which needs to be designed one-to-one according to the number of mould cavities and cavity layout.

Customized nozzles are divided into cavity nozzles, ejector pin nozzles and parting surface nozzles, which can accurately purge the high-incidence areas of condensation such as mould cavities, ejector pin positions and parting surfaces; air curtain strips can form a dry air curtain on the cold mould surface to isolate ambient humid air from contacting the cold mould surface.
